As a lover of way too many fandoms and all things geeky, I knew when I started my company that I had to stick to my heart and make what brings me joy so I could spread that joy to others. I have many options that are Ready to Ship, but if you can't find the perfect bag or accessory that sings to your nerdy little heart, go to the Custom Creations page and we can create the perfect fandom fashion item for you.
I generally ship items through the USPS using Priority Mail for domestic packages, and First Class or Priority Mail for international packages unless otherwise selected. In Stock items are shipped within 24-48 business hours of receipt of payment. Custom orders will have a quoted estimated delivery time, depending on if fabric is in stock, scheduling, etc. Standard delivery within the US is 4-7 days for domestic packages, 7-15 days for international packages, however always refer to your tracking number as delivery times can vary based off time of year, etc.
All shipping is through USPS and is calculated by exact weight. Shipping is charged at the time of purchase. If there are differences of $1 or more I will refund/invoice the difference in cost. If you are Outside of the United States you will be invoiced for any additional cost of shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded for unpaid shipping fees.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IMPORTANT NOTICE!!) - I love my international buyers and shipping internationally, however, there are a few things/options to keep in mind:
- If International First Class shipping is used, it will be much cheaper BUT… there is no way to track/locate a lost or delayed package.
- If International Priority Shipping is used, it is much more expensive BUT it does offer some extra services. If the buyer wishes to use this service, please let me know at time of purchase (in the Notes to Seller).
- If an Internationally shipped package is lost or delayed for any reason, please contact me immediately. Some international packages can be held up in customs for days, months or longer, which I have no control over. I know this to be as frustrating for the buyer as it is for me, however… if an international buyer hasn't received their package in a reasonable amount of time (within the standard 7-15 days) I respectfully ask that they give their package a total of 8 weeks from the date it was shipped to arrive before a replacement or refund can be issued. I deeply apologize for this rather large inconvenience. Patience is key…. but if the package doesn't arrive 8 weeks from the date it was shipped, I will happily work with the buyer to provide a refund or replacement, if I'm able! Thank you!
**If you choose PAYPAL as your payment processor, your items will be mailed to your PAYPAL address for protection of theft. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct!
*Insurance is definitely encouraged!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, I will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund the amount of your order, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any mistakes or shortages need to be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order. You will be immediately refunded or credited the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable.
Damages due to shipment must be reported immediately. Please save the box your order was shipped in. The carrier will want to see the damaged box and the damaged products inside. Damaged packaged items must be returned unopened. Zelinsky's Bags of Holding takes no responsibility for damaged items due to carrier.
If part of a product is defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. Returns are accepted only on a pre-authorized basis. To return an item, please contact us for return instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number is valid for 10 business days. You must return items within 10 business days of acquiring the RMA number. The RMA number is good for only those products authorized for return.
The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item. Refund or exchange items must be in the original package and in resale condition. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
